Admission Procedure

Network Connectivity Providers (NCPs) and FIX Connectivity Providers (FCPs)

Network Connectivity Providers and FIX Connectivity Providers must be able to furnish proof that contractual agreements are already established with at least three potential or existing participants who wish to be connected with the SIX Swiss Exchange through its services.

In cases where such proof can be furnished, the normal provisions governing technical connectivity apply.

Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and TS Installation Services Providers (TSISPs)

The following requirements must be fulfilled in order to qualify as a third-party service provider:

• The service provider already has an application implemented with at least one SIX Swiss Exchange or SWX Europe participant or operates as a service provider for at least one SIX Swiss Exchange or SWX Europe participant.
• The service provider applies to be added to the official list.
