SIX Swiss Exchange Messages are mainly intended for institutions and individuals who have a direct relationship
with the SIX Swiss Exchange and therefore must fulfil various regulatory obligations and organisational tasks.
Exchange Trading
Exchange trading messages primarily concern revisions to directives, changes in the participant
base, the commencement of trading in new issues, as well as technical topics of a trading nature.
These messages are sent directly to participants/traders.
Surveillance & Enforcement Messages
The Surveillance & Enforcement division of SIX Swiss Exchange publishes Messages pertaining to the fulfilment
of reporting requirements within the scope of the general reporting obligations imposed on all traders.
Admission Board
The Admission Board is the SIX Swiss Exchange governing body that administers the listing of securities on the Exchange.
It is responsible for issuing concrete decisions as well as for supervising compliance with the obligations
imposed on issuers during the listing process. The Admission Board enacts Directives pertaining to the individual
provisions of the Listing Rules, explains its practice in Admission Board Circulars, and publishes its decisions
in the form of Communiqués.
Disclosure Office
The SIX Swiss Exchange Disclosure Office issues Messages as a means of specifying its practice with regard to the application
of individual provisions of the Stock Exchange Act and Federal Banking Commission Stock Exchange Ordinance.
